In addition to being licensed in Alberta, Steven is also a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona, providing valuable expertise for clients purchasing property across the Canada–U.S. border or relocating between the two countries.

Before entering real estate, Steven performed with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and taught at the Mount Royal University Conservatory. Combined with his own experience owning and investing in real estate in both Canada and the United States, he brings practical insight and disciplined attention to detail to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Steven enjoys F45 training, running, skiing, hiking, travelling, and spending time with his husband exploring Alberta, British Columbia, Arizona, and beyond.
