He oversees brokerage finance and conveyancing activities, reviews contracts for completeness, works closely with lawyers, lenders, builders, and cooperating brokerages, and helps ensure transactions move smoothly from acceptance to closing.

Having reviewed and managed hundreds of real estate transactions, Patrick has developed a strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation strategies, transaction coordination, and problem solving.
