Anna was excellent! She treated my parents with so much respect and she was really dedicated at finding the right apartment for them.

My parents wanted to buy an apartment in Calgary but they are not Canadians nor they speak English. It was a challenge for my parents to understand the process, however, Anna's input, patience and knowledge gave us confidence to keep going. She was fundamental during the process. I am new in the country.  I bought our very first home with Hong’s help before my family came, and now everybody in my family loves our home.  

I heard from friends about how some realtors always rush you into decision without providing enough help.  I found Hong is very different.  She always pointed out what’s good and what’s not so good about every house we viewed, and offered her opinion and market analysis to help me making decision.  For someone knows very little about real estate market in Canada, it is crucial that he can get this kind of help.
