My girlfriend had previously been in a long and fruitless search for a condo with Sandra and Patrick. She was so happy with their commitment to her search for a home (despite the fact that it never panned out) that she insisted we use them as our Realtors to sell my house and then purchase a house together. After a consultation with Sandra and Patrick we decided that we wanted to make the most of the upcoming spring market which made for some very tight time frames. 

Sandra and Patrick helped us to determine where we would get the most bang for our buck (or effort) in terms of preparing my house for sale. When Sandra and Patrick came on board, my husband and I had already had our home on the market for five months.  As we had already moved out of province, tensions were running high, stress loads were near capacity, and we were far away from the action as far as the sale of our Calgary home was concerned.  Being nearly 100 years old, our home was a challenge to sell.
