Sandra and Patrick Rafferty created Greater Calgary Real Estate Services in 2005, during a booming economy, with the aim of providing a low overhead company where realtors would not be overwhelmed by the significantly rising costs of the real estate business. 
 
Sandra’s 14 years of experience enables her to train realtors to an above average standard, resulting in a highly skilled team with diverse interests and backgrounds.  
Their marketing abilities, along with the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) will draw realtors and clients from Calgary and around the world.
